Yes it will be black along with the running boards and fender welt. The Charger I seen had some black accents and I really liked them. If I decide I don't I can always paint the grill later.

I was looking at my pics and this one actually shows how the light changes the color. If you look at the body you can see how much darker it looks without a lot of light. So the black will go good with it I think.
