A G John Deere you say? Those fetch decent money especially when you're trying to find one. I had a G that I was restoring but I got stolen while at the sand blaster's place. I never did find out how it just disappeared......

Good news for you, I found a G you can replace it with Really that does suck when people rip stuff off, it's so dumb.
It's kinda funny how people have different taste. I think the early gen II are the best looking, followed closely by gen 1, then the later gen 2 and I really like the gen 3 also. I think the gen 4 are awful. Gen 5 are ok but I think they should have capitalized on the retro thing like Dodge and Ford did. I'm glad there's not a gen 6 cause I'm sick of typing gen.
