    I think you may need to clarify what you mean by "top bracket"? Maybe Em knows what you mean, but I don't follow.

    Sorry, poor choice of words. I should have said top arm instead of bottom arm. As you press the throttle the top arm will pull towards the firewall while the bottom arm will push towards the radiator.
