    Well, generally, the newer the car the better they were built for highway driving, so the Chrysler would probably be the best long distance cruiser. But when I was a kid we went from Pennsylvania to Florida every Summer in a 48 Buick convertible, and it made the trip just fine. We tend to forget that cars of that era were new cars back then and people did drive them cross country.

    Whichever one you choose though, be prepared for things to happen such as parts breaking down............just the nature of the beast when using an old car for a daily.
