Creative minds alright...Between my day to day repairs, etc,I am redesigning the bits and pieces that were never done when the 32/5w molds were made...making the faces around the rear side windows that the glass butts up against,,the interior drip tray in the trunk area,,a new floor mold,etc..And now I am about to start designing the interior steel framework that we have to have inside our glass bodies,,including a glassed in bulkhead between the trunk area and the inside area..We have to have a minimum of 38x38x3mm B pillar section, with 25x25x3mm above the doors, hoop at the firewall etc,in fact, not to far away from Wescotts structure..So I will be building a complete frame work, and then have to make jigs for future bodies,as they are sold,OR make a bunch of frames in advance,to fit as I sell the bodies..Then I can do likewise with the 33/3w body.. Sucker for punishment ya think???
    BUT...you guys still rock...
Oops, sorry Ken,,didnt mean to nobble your thread,,it should be on another thread I guess...

Thanks you guys, anyone who builds these things has to have talent. It's so much work, but the rewards are great, taking that first ride. The diversity of the builds on this site is amazing, there is a lot to be learned here.

lamin8r - No problem, it's interesting what you are doing, now that's a lot of work! You have to have some pretty good fixtures for that

Ken,I am really enjoying the challenge of working out the bits and pieces that need doing, its just that sometimes I need to look at a real 32,and thats a bit hard when there arent any REAL ones locally..I have to go hunting pix for the details...The framing will be fun..We have a strict set of guide lines, but it will work itself out..
Steve,[roadster],have you been on our site??It needs up grading again, and we havent any pix of the 32,apart from the one on there, which belongs to a friend who is building an American Graffiti clone..it was the movie which poisoned his system all those years ago..I have a body here with a 2'' chop which is going to Magoos in Masterton, eventually,so I am using that for a bit of development at the moment..
