The frame is all ready for the blasters now. I have a few things I still want to do , but it will be shiny when I do them .

Good long week end , had the time to get the rear end cleaned and painted . Now it's all the little suspension stuff up next . Hopefully get the frame back early this week have a few more things to do . Then I can get it painted , think it's going to be John Deere blitz black . Like what I have read about it's satin finish .

Oh one more I did get a nice 1969 302 engine from my neighbor . He pulled it from his 65 Mustang he is building retro with FI . It has the 58 CC heads sporting a stock 9.5-1 compression . With the 268H comp cam this should have a little Giddy - Up - Go . Been in his garage 10 years block is not rusted and the bores had a light surface rust already have that removed . The also measured stock 4 inch bore sweet . The bottom rotating assembly has been balanced shows on the rods where they machined away material on the bottom of the rod cap .
