No, not a drawing of my car. Its a photo of the full size Panic Parrot Muscle Machine. It's up there for inspiration!

I've started assembling the suspension on the finished fram and running brake and fuel lines.

Putting the front suspension together. I cut one coil off the springs and will set the engine in the frame to see how it sits.

All kool,I think the Studes are overlooked too often..They look quite mean with the right stance,and they arent belly buttons,..Your car should look pretty nice when finished,with all the detailing..Suppose I should get some more done to my wifes Customline...,but work keeps getting in the way.

Thanks and yes I know exactly what you mean about work! Wished I could quit and do what I really want to. But I haven't figured out any other way to make money to support my car habit.

I dropped the engine onto the chassis and the pan on the engine I'm using is different than on my mock up. I need to either use the mock-up pan or notch the cross member.

I can get the motor mount bolts in but the pan sits on the crossmember. I need to cut out about 1/2". I think I'll do it the hard way and notch the crossmember so I can use the chrome pan.

I think I might still need to cut another half coil of the springs too.







So I made the notch in the crossmember. Just cut the piece out and flipped it around and welded it back in. Now I have pan clearance.
