Doesn't really matter what the rest of the story is....Something wasn't right on the car or the paperwork, the dude tried to sneak it by the man who obviously knows what is right and what isn't, and he got caught...!!!!!! I'll bet the next "adventrue" the guy with the fake paperwork has trying to get a title is even more fun for him!!!!! Having all the paperwork, pictures, receipts, and necessary build information and getting a nice, clean, legal title is always going to be the best way to go.....
