The thing about neighbors who give you trouble is that no one is without sin, so when they screw up it becomes payback time. I at one time had neighbors who would call code enforcement all the time on us for working on cars in our own garage. So I got the code book (about an inch thick) and everytime they would break some code I was on the phone.......and I didn't do it anonymously, I WANTED THEM TO KNOW WHO DID IT. I would then politely as the neighbor " how does it feel? Every time you do something wrong I am going to have them coming to YOUR door !" It didn't take long for them to start leaving us alone.
