Tell me more about the floor tiles.

The concrete floors in our new "home" are terrible..Oil stained,cracked and uneven.

Not sure of the best way to proceed.

Do I try to:
- Resurface (Fill & Grind)
- Pour a thin top coat of new concrete
- Fill & epoxy coat
- fill & floor tile

I want the floors to be easy to maintain and withstand oil/chemical spill.

suggestions?
