the 36 I recently acquired needs a shop. Maybe by next April, I'll have the Indian paid, and the stepson will buy 'his' house out from under me( 69K$) and then I'll be free to finally get my shop. I am thinking about something with at least two lifts, plus lots of room to work.. so maybe a 5 car shop. Am even toying with the idea of 'renting' out a stall by-the-week. It would be a hassle, but would pay for the mortgage.
