    I went back over to this guys shop yesterday, he only has 30 days or less to get out. I told him I'd take it for 1500, he started back peddling, saying he may have a better offer and would I match it. Piss on that, I respectfully told him no, left my phone number, so after his "better offer" falls through, he could call me and then I would give him 1200....Some people!!!!!!

    People have a hard time letting go of stuff. sometimes they do goofy things when they realize they've made a mistake. I hate being on the recieving end of guys like that! I would tell him every day he chooses to play his game the offer goes down by 100.00. If by 30 days from now he's suddenly desperate to sell to you and get it all out of the place in hurry, then he needs to pay you to take it away!
