Update of a 4 stroke opposed piston aircraft engine designed in 1945. Prototype can be seen at the aircraft museum in Dayton, Ohio. End of war stopped development. Proto had 300 ci and developed 400 hp at 3200 rpm and weighed about half of a conventional engine as I remember. used swashplates instead of a crank. Nothin new under the sun.
