    I'm with you nutz. Given the pay scale, quite a few of the guys working at the magazines are young guys. That in and of itself isn't a problem at all, in some ways it's a good thing. The problem comes in when they prove that they don't know what they don't know.

    The good ones will do the research (especially easy with the internet and good search engines we have today) to ensure they know what they're talking about. The lazy ones will just take someone else's word without varification. And the arrogant one's will argue, even in the face of facts. They don't want to be confused, their minds are made up.
