Well Canadian is the same as US now since the dollar took another dump. The differance used to make it more worthwhile.

That truck would look superb restored to original condition, especially since it looks all there already. It's one thing to buy a gutted and ready for modification truck and another to throw away a bunch of good parts. You can win an many or more trophies with a stocker anyhow. There are tons of parts for the old trucks.

Go here http://www.fillingstation.com/ parts for 1918-1987 Chevy trucks and 1916 to 1964 cars.
There is no substitute for cubic inches

How many people on this board REALLY care about a trophy? (unless its a trophy wife )

I think most, just really like the trucks. If it were mine, I'd turn it into a half ton and stick a modern drivetrain in it.

I think it would be neat to modernize the drive train and suspension but keep it a tonner dually for hauling.

This is an GMC easter egg that was left on the lawn, he wants $4000.00 W/no motor no trans.
the price is just for the 2 corner windows ! has stock brakes , outside of the frame is painted but the inside is not. cab looks good ...
told him if he'd NOT have paint the fenders purple he'd have it sold by now. but thats just my opinion...

just to give you an idea what they’re going for here.
or if someone wants to buy it for their ChicK...

This is the United States so "to each, his own"
but that also means we can say "we hate the color" or some one else to say "why you driving that thing ,looking all rusty" ....

We have done 3 links are attached. One for FIL and Uncle
The last one is mine and hope to have it ready in a few months.
$2k is a great deal. The last one I paid $2k for but needed all floors and corners.
