Just a few quick pics of the progress we're making! We're mostly just finish welding the chassis so we can get it ready for the powdercoater! These are pics of the tunnel side braces!

There is an amazing amount of innovation and craftsmanship in that car. I like the orange with the stylized "SS" stripe. I also like the stance. However, since you asked, I can't get past the wheels. They just don't fit my sense of proportion. But, that's just me. I've never been a fan of "how big can I make my wheels."Jack

Thanks for the compliments guys! The orange nova pic was just for color reference! I agree I don't like those wheels although the ones I have on the actual aren't much smaller! LOL! I do think that on the actual photo the wheels look pretty sick although when I take the car to road race it I will run a different wheel/tire configuration!
Thanks Again!

I personally like the big wheels. ....and the build in general.
I would skip the graphics. The quality of the car will gather enough attention. I would go with a single color....not a fad color, but something that has been a historically good color (a car this nice is going to be around a while before it is re-done).

Is there a discount for the composition mallet being used as an accelerator pedal?.....What if the "Hokey Pokey" is what it's really all about?

Great looking project. You probably already noticed and have a solution, the lower radiator hose is real close to the upper a arm.

Incredible car is obviously an understatement. Very educational.....
".......So sanded it all down and resprayed. ......" Been there. done that on a couple of paint jobs over the years. Usually took me a couple of days to get over being mad before I started...
