The pics of the lowering block kit looks like they give you a couple of hole choices rather than a slot. Shouldn't be any movement with that. Also, I may have mentioned this earlier but my current rear tires are 28". I think it probably needs 29" for that wheel well.
As for the front, you might have to wait till you get the engine in and let the springs settle a little for getting the drop spindles."It is not much good thinking of a thing unless you think it out." - H.G. Wells

Well I see lowering blocks for sure and a lot of tire size tries to get this right . Think I will keep the 255s in the rear really fills the wheel opening up .
I need to drop off 2.5 inches in the rear , so either I narrow this 9 inch or look for a rear out of a 65 or 66 mustang that are 57.250 . And change the off set by a little , I do like the deep look on the wheels .
He has the front suspension right on and the wheel there sits inside about a inch so its good .

Hey Bobby, my springs actually came from SAC Hotrods in Orange Co, CA, but they may be exactly the same as the TCI springs. The rear shackle mounts are a little different though. The upper shackle goes through the frame. (yes, the rear section of my frame has 3/16th angle iron welded to it. My dad did that back when we first built the car. He thought it needed more "beef" to hold a spring mount.) These mounts are different than what I had on the car before.
The first pic shows how the car sits with no weight on it except the body itself. There's no deck lid, gas tank, glass, interior or anything. I think all those parts should bring it down some but it'll still need to come down a little more. I also need to adjust the rear end forward about 1/2 -3/4" to center the wheel. This is a 28" diameter tire. 29" would be better I think.
The other pics show the upper shackle mount through the frame instead of below it like yours. That probably makes a little bit of difference in the height."It is not much good thinking of a thing unless you think it out." - H.G. Wells
