The only drawback I can see is wetness Ron. How dry can you keep it? Under the dash is a real problem on T's, because there is almost NO room. In fact, now that I have seen the seat stringer I am going to use, I am going to redo much of my wiring to put the switches and lots of the electricals under the seat. There is almost not enough room under the dash to get my hands to wire the gauges and all.

With the bomber seats, you are pretty limited as to hiding spots. I would say if you can solve the water and accessibility issues, you should be fine though.

Don, don't worry about the animal's we all need them in our live's.

You are right about the lack of room under the dash. Mine has reinforcements for the dash, and steering under it, while I think I could make it fit I think it would be better under the floor with access under the seat. I would use a box like the battery box that is cut into the floor on the passenger side only smaller. I will find a way to do either forward tilting seats or some sort of quick release seats for easy access to the fuses.
