Yeah, sorry I turned this thread into "Animal Planet."
The only drawback I can see is wetness Ron. How dry can you keep it? Under the dash is a real problem on T's, because there is almost NO room. In fact, now that I have seen the seat stringer I am going to use, I am going to redo much of my wiring to put the switches and lots of the electricals under the seat. There is almost not enough room under the dash to get my hands to wire the gauges and all.
With the bomber seats, you are pretty limited as to hiding spots. I would say if you can solve the water and accessibility issues, you should be fine though.
