As Steve says, it's had a lot of the clues cleaned off of it. It may, or may not be a real '48. Some guys will finagle a '48 title so they can take the rig into an NSRA event which has the '48 cutoff. If you like the general style, then '48 to '53 will do it, and even the '54 and 1st series '55 look very similar with the exception of the windshield and grille.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon
It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
