Chebby stuff
Push comes to shove, I bet early 5 3/4 rotors will bolt up to the 71-76 spindles. A lot of GM stuff interchanges. I once bolted 73 Buick wagon spindles and rotors into a 65 Chevy pickup. A little juggling with outer tie rod ends was all that was needed.
