Traded in the Beast a little while ago.
That 900 HP Ford Shelby was fun, but hard to keep strait
when you were standing on it. So I traded it in and they gave me right at $40,000.
Towards my wife's new Vette. It's fast as s--t too and it goes strait as an arrow.
Not to sure about that new trany though, seem's like it may have some issue's in the future.
It hits hard and is noisy as heck clunking and all when it shifts. But I guess only time will tell. One thing is for sure, as fast as that Shelby was from a dead stop, it still would not be able to hang with this new Vette above 40MPH. This Vette is a lightning bolt and we just got the 6.2, ( NOT ) the high reving flat plain crank motor. Handles really good and seem's to be faster above forty, then the 900HP Ford Shelby was. Plus there ain't any traction issue's either like with the Shelby. Now don't get me wrong that Shelby was fun, but it scared the piss out of me a time or two. More then once I thought I was gonna end up in a ditch, when all the sudden them tires hooked then broke traction again. You could end up facing the wrong dirrection real fast if you didn't watch it. No problems like that with these new Vettes, they just hook and goooo!!!! LOL!!! Comfort wise it's about as bad as my Shelby was. I like my 2011 Vette for comfort over the 2023 Vette, Not as fast, but more comfortable for long drives.
