anybody know this car
hoping someone will know this car. like to know what the rear wheel openings came from.

It's a 1960 Compact Falcon. I'm not sure of the cars but the utes (pick-ups) were built with 6 cylinder engines only.

If it's a '67 Camaro wheel arch I wonder if there's not a patch panel that could be used for not too many $$? Haven't looked, but you can buy just about any body panel ever made for those Camaros, it seems.Roger

looked but no luck. all i found was qrt panels. will look for a junker. if not i'll use something else.

A junker would be cheaper I expect, but Summit has some GM Goodmark 80% QP skins for a bit under $100.Roger

Many years ago when I had my 63 Falcon Futura we torched the rear fender wells to fit decent size tires (yeah young and really stupid).
What I was always going to do was find a pair of front Falcon donor fenders and graft the wheel well opening. Body lines would match and should have been a fairly easy job. not saying that's what he did but.......
.I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

Surprised nobody could identify the rear wheel arch, it's a slightly modified, full size Ford rear wheel arch assembly for a 1973 Ford F100. I've done a number of such conversions over the year for the drag racers who used to use my old shop

Too round, and not the right profile, has an almost flat outer profile, similar to the original 289 Roadster from the AC Ace

nope. 67 has a body line that runs around the wheel arch . that's why i was wanting to use it.
