Great work on the canes, Mike, and I really like the Hay Hooks, too!

I didn't do a lot this year, but did make some table top games for the grandkids. Swing the ring to the hook, and when you make it you move the disk one space toward the other player while they're doing the same, trying to move the same disk off of your end. The one I saw on the internet listed dimensions in metric, making it seem bigger but it was about a foot high so I scaled up a bit. I think the older kids use a shot glass, and when it is pushed off your end you must empty the glass. Only one of mine is college age, and I'll let him discover that variation himself, if his little sister lets him take theirs back to the dorm....

Nothing special, but the walnut and red oak both came from trees downed on my property, milled to lumber and worked to size. Didn't have 6 rings, but did have some #14 galvanized suspended ceiling wire that I fuse welded after wrapping them on a piece of plastic pipe.
