I miss my 78 firebird. It was bought as a basket case. Ended up with motr 77 parts than 78. (Hence the moniker). It was maroon with grey other parts. Had a formula hood which I traded for a shaker cause I liked the look better. Just a Chevy 305 under the hood but it was all balls, .060 over, three angle valves, headers and massive Flowmasters with scrub plates I welded on from 16GA sheet. It had spoilers and foilers, T tops which leaked, and cragar SS wheels, fatter in the back. I once got profiled and detained by a DEA, only AFTER I blew his doors off on a Sunday morning driving home from work.

I'll bet that car made more than a few people's pet peeves top ten, but I sure miss it. The late wife wrapped it around a telephone pole. (It wasn't her demise).

Just waxing sentimental here.

Just because I hate it, doesn't mean another can't love it.

All Good! We all know what you're saying, and you are right, one's man treasure is another mans trash right? We will never all like the same things... sometimes shallow folks like me feel a need to vent! rotflmao!!!
