Then I traced down a gremlin in the headlight circuit which has been haunting me for months. It turned out to be the quick connects in the factory ground wire. To I cut it out, soldered and shrink wrapped..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
