Saw on Facebook the other day a guy mentioned that he knew a fellow in Arkansas that had a collection of 300 flathead intakes representing much of the aftermarket performance options of the day. A response was posted that he indeed has the collection, but that it now numbers at least 350 manifolds, and that "...most of them are now for sale!" I guess that this collector, unlike most, decided to cash in on his hobby himself rather than have his kids saddled with selling stuff that they had no interest in keeping.
