I didn't do anything automotive, unless you consider changing oil in the work truck auto related. I did have a hoot taking these at the local park though.

Just amazing birds as well as the pics. I have the white barn owls living in the trees at the house. Noisy nights when they have young ones.
I'm specially proud of myself for not going to the gutter with the obvious replies! It is Sunday morning and I did miss church so... LOL Great stuff and thanks for posting!
If you didn't make it, you didn't miss much! Waste of time. Craig and I wound up over at my pal Lyle's and brought home some of his front end parts of his '57 Chevy, got to do a bit of work on them and put some primer on them. Did manage to talk Lyle out of a pair of wheels so the whole day wasn't wasted, anyway.....
Gee,pro.. I hope you took some mice with ya,as a gift.. Those owls didn't look too happy with being stared at by that big one eyed thing.. hehehe
Wow, amazing being able to get reasonably close enough to get such awesome shoots. One of my all time favourite birds too, so thanks for posting.
Those pics are amazing.. especially the 3rd one down.. those eyes are just cutting right through you! Thanks for sharing them Pro!
Nothing we make can compare with God's handy work. Beautiful animals, thanks for sharing.
Thanks (owl shots). They were up in the trees a ways 50-60 ft. or so. 500mm lens & heavy on the crop to get them to look close. They were nice enough to not move much though, that helped.
yes, I think 48-53 will work. I found out that the truck ones are too tall . If you have some some around that would be great. I don't want you do go through too much trouble though,I haven't looked at all for any yet. I think there might be some at a few places around me also, I just have to call them or stop by. The problem is both of these people have tons of 40's through 60's cars and trucks but never want to sell anything. Let me know what your thinking. thanks
