yes, I think 48-53 will work. I found out that the truck ones are too tall . If you have some some around that would be great. I don't want you do go through too much trouble though,I haven't looked at all for any yet. I think there might be some at a few places around me also, I just have to call them or stop by. If that doesn't work out for you holler back. I've got a buddy that collects all things Chevy, and he seems to concentrate on the pre-'55 range. Don't know that he'd part with any but expect that he's got some in his stash.

sounds good, I called an old bone yard this morning and they didn't have any. I brought an old 52 there 22 years ago but its gone, guess i should have kept that one. thanks for both of your help.
