Got a real nice Springfield M1 Garand service grade about a year or more ago from CMP. It took about 2-3 months to arrive. It came with a new stock, much nicer than many I've seen. I took it out to the range and was hitting within 2 inches of the bulleye, at 100 yards using the stock sights. Pretty darned acurate out of the box, especially for me!
I'd love to take one of their Garand gunsmith cleasses where you get to build your own rifle and take it home with you! Well worth the experience and price!
