But recently on our TV here in NZ there was an excellent program on Fracking and one point outlined was that it has been banned in several countries due to polluting the water etc, and due to the the white collars pushing the blue coolars to work faster resulting in accidents that ain't the easiest to clean up. One word that comes to mind is GREED. Also it has been proved that fracking does cause earthquakes and although it is being used here in some parts of the North Island,I personally would agree to have it stopped and banned for ever in NZ.

Thou the technology is amazing they still need to study the outcome before they drill...read on..
