In order to believe the president actually matters you have to not believe he or she isn't a puppet of the party he or she is apart of. That is simply not true.
There are governments that hold recall elections based on a vote of no confidence.I do think that represents the peoples wishes better.Last edited by 1gary; 09-03-2012 at 02:34 PM.
