Can someone explain why they make a big deal about gas prices coming down 0.19 in 6 months when they say nothing about it going up .20 every other week

I think it's called cheer leading..............they want to spin anything possible in a positive direction for their guy to get re-elected. Even heard some attempts at trying to spin the increase in unemployment numbers, and the miserable new job creation stats a couple days ago.

What I wonder is, where did all the folks go who always attack the future traders as "speculators" when the prices are going down as those guys are just as active on the down stroke as on the up stroke? Natural gas prices have halved in the past year........if folks are to be consistent shouldn't they be "blaming" the "speculators" for that?
