I want to thank everyone for some great input I have had norton 360 for a long time and have had a few problems with it the reason I bought a new computer was a virus I couldn't get rid of spent 3 days 8to9 hrs a day with tecks from dsl extreme norton and hp they went through everything and could not fix it so so I took it best buy the have the geek squad the found it had wiped out all the drivers so they fixed that real quick and no charge I thought that was great took it home hooked it up and it booted up perfect I thought all right the got it fixed clicked on Internet explorer started to load the screen and went to the death screen took it back to the geek squad the hooked it up and again no drivers so the reset the drivers and this time they tried to go online and it wiped out the drivers so I bought a new computer so I think I am going to check out microsft security essentials and make up my mind between it and nod 32 thank all you guys and galls for all your input it is greatly appreciated......ted
