Roger, anything is possible. It could be a very early 67 that somehow snuck out before they stopped putting trips on them, or, during it's 43 years on earth some car nut may have found a tripower engine or carb setup and installed it. If cars could talk I bet there would be some interesting stories.

If, when you get the car you determine it is just too far gone to save, there are lots of parts there to keep other GTO's alive. I would also keep that engine and transmission for a hot rod. We were just talking about that the other night and Dan asked me why you don't see many Pontiac engines in rods.............there is no good reason, they are fantastic engines and look great, especially with 3 deuces sitting on top.

If you score a title with it that would be worth good money too, to some restorer. You fell into a good deal, Roger........free is good, espeicially on a Goat.
