Don,we have heard of the fearsome sherriff Joe and his tent city..in fact he was on our tv in an American COPS type program,showing what he has,and also,we have a guy down here who runs a Trust,called Sensible Sentencing Trust,who has been to the camp,and seen how it all works,as he would like our system to work the same,or similar...Can you imagine the out cry from the nanny brigade we have down here...
