    That's great news, I've seen the panel in person at least once and it's a neat one.

    I'm really curious on how they got paper on it at DMV. I suppose it's possible that the time between it was reported stolen and when they took it to DMV was too short for the stolen report to make into the system…..if that’s the case something needs to be done about the system. In any case people at DMV should be VERY closely looked at.

    Unfortunately with prison overcrowding and funding cuts etc I doubt they get the sentence they probably deserve……..although a tent in Phoenix this time of year and chain gang (yes sheriff Joe does that too) time is probably harder than they’d get elsewhere.
