24 Grit disc on a 4" sander will take the burrs off Kurt, just do it in short bursts. Some manufacturers don't take the bark off the tree when making the product you are talking about. What I found when married was my wife had her tissue (very soft) and the cheapest stuff for me,(16 grit).
