Fired up the "Wild Canary" today

Well, up here in the frozen north, we're about half way through the winter. I quit driving the roadster pickup about the end of the first week in October, as by then its getting too cold to drive any kind of roadster comfortably in Ontario. Its been setting in the garage for about 3 months with a couple of old bed sheets covering it up. I don't use any fuel stabilizer nor do any other "winter prep" on it in the fall, except to test the anti-freeze in the radiator to make sure it is still strong enough to resist freezing-----Cracked blocks are somethng we can do without. I always start it about mid winter and let it run for about 20 minutes untill its up to temperature, then shut it off. That gives the battery a charge and keeps oil on everything in the engine that needs to be kept oiled. Now I probably won't fire it again untill sometime towards the middle of April, when hopefully we will start to see some nice warm days again.----And Damn, I hope we get a hotter, drier summer this year than we did last!!!!-----Brian
