that looks too promising to be left alone, how come nobody's drug it home yet?
there were a few old cars in the woods out back my house at 1 time. 1 was a '70 Hemi Roadrunner.. rusted to peices back there.. my dad pulled it out so he could harvest the Hemi ( friends with the land owner ) and put it the '68 Cornet he had.. ended up selling the cars to a restorer
how bout a still active junkyard full of them ;)

Now you are being just plain MEAN...:D
it gets worse .. the fairlane is a 428 cobra .. you can see the Snake emblem in the garden tiller handle .. the mustang in the background is also a 428 car .. these guys swear they`re gunna fix this stuff someday .. there is more to come ..

Geez, them "gonna rebuild it someday" guys drive me nuts!!!! I've got a short list of cars that fall into the same catagory and make it a point to check with the owner's of them at least once a year.....one of them is a '70 Torino GT---
How about two more ? Part of my collection that I'm not going to
fix . 56 Golden Hawk & 70 Chevelle Malibu 2 door hardtop .
(Sigh.)
Mea culpa...
I'm one of those guys.
I had two `49 Bonus F1 Fords sitting in my shed for thirty years...was always 'gonna rebuild them someday'.
Marriage, family, work, mortgages etc got in the way.
Four or five months ago I decided the time/finances were right.
Pull them out and DO IT!
They quite literally fell to bits.
(Reminder to self; if I ever get to meet Dave Severson, never turn my back...or I'll get a swift kick...)
:D:D:D
this just really should`nt be ..

Those two Cougars behind the Fairlane would be welcome down here too..We know a guy who probably wouldnt say no to a couple more..:HMMM: I guess there is still quite a lot of iron left up there,if you know where to look..
yes .. they let cougars rot away also :o

And a 63 Galaxie,,next you will tell me its a 390/4sp too...
Cougars dont look too bad though.Anything else there that I can cry over?
I can't understand it, why do people hang on this stuff. It's gotta be worth something to someone rather than just rustin' away.
Mike
Make me a offer !! Thay can go any time now !
actually that 63 is a bit unique ;) it belonged to the wife of the local ford dealor all it`s life .. it`s a very low mileage 4 door 390 hardtop with bucket seats and console and floor shift automatic .. now this 62 is a genny 390 4 speed car ..;)

Hotrodstude
Yes it is for sale . It’s a parts car , very ROUGH , the only parts that are missing
are the intake manifold and ss trim pieces from the side of the fins . It has the original
Packard engine and three speed standard transmission . I have another complete good
frame with suspension from a 56 Golden Hawk , along with a good power steering box
radiator and other parts . I bought this as a parts car for my 56 , but I didn’t need to many parts .
I would like to get $600 for everything Here’s a pic of mine .
