Ooooooooooooo......... Coupe..........uhhhhhhhhhhhgggg. It's a shame to see em sit and rot, but the alternative. When scrap got so high, a local yard had about an acre of old late 40's and 50's as well as some corvairs and such. I was waiting for them to pull an engine for my sons pu, so I went to the back to drool. The field was empty. Crushed em all for 200 a ton. There was an origianal 49 50 ford 2 door, flathead v8, all there and very little rust. I thought I was gonna puke.........................:CRY:Quote:

The 55 vick was complete, needed a resto, pretty solid car though, he had the motor to just needs a rebuild, he wanted 5000.00 though. His prices are going rates, but on the high side. Sure does, Johnny said he has over 120 'T' and 'A' in various stages of rust and paint. I ran into him and his wife down in Algodones, Mexico which is just SW of Yuma. He said he was there to line up another paint and upholstery job on a couple of his cars, he gets them done down there.Quote:
