Thanks for giving blood, if it wasn't for people like yourself many of us wouldn't be around right now. I use to give platelets and blood also.
When I had to stop(back surgery) I had given over 60 units of platelets about about 10units of blood. Those folks liked seeing me because I could and would give 2 units of platelets every 2 weeks and blood about 3 months.
