Sure, UPS said they delivered them, but had no signature, so I had no "proof" that would satisfy Pay Pal.... Believe me, I tried everything but because there was no signature for the delivery from the buyer, I was screwed.

Right after I posted yesterday it was down again, I don't think it's getting better.
