    The OV-10s were used widely in Vietnam for forward air control. They were the crazy pilots who flew over enemy areas hoping to get shot at so the enemy would reveal themselves. Then they would turn around and fire a smoke rocket to mark the spot and the fast movers or A1Es would come in and pound them. Great they are being put to good civilian use.

    The were preceded by the Cessna O1 and O2.
