in my small town pop. 3200 there is very little crime. once in a while you hear of a drug bust where they are funneling drugs to our local cities. part of the reason for the low crime rate is that most of the people in our town are hunters with personal carrying permits and we look out for each other. i do not carry because i do not have too.
