Built one of them many moons ago for a customer.... Straight axle on the front and a 'glass jeep body from Shell Valley.... It was even a center steer car! Ran strong, had a BBC in it. After a couple years the owner switched it over to a 'glass cobra body. Haven't heard anything about the car for 15 years or so, sure would be a fun one to track down though!!!!!!!!

sounds fun, you should buy my nova somebody will want it someday i sure dont anymore!!!!!! all their is now is to sit around wor on the vega pray it'll like pump gas and stare at the nova and say, well that was fun while it lasted!!!!! then maybe when im 60 or so ill build another car. my main gripe is with all these electronics you cant win unless you got em!!!! so ill just stick my 65 283 2bbl back in the car and put the hood on it and go play

They'll be running the "no box" brackets, every place else does....IHRA and NHRA.

Crank it up a bit and run the 10.90 Super class, it's a blast! Just like Super Gas and Super Comp, just a 10.90 breakout.

Makes for a lot more consistent launch, should help the ET some too. With concrete all the way to 660 a car will be in the flatter part of the torque curve when it comes off the concrete which will mean fewer problems at the transition. Also means you can build a lot more power into the car and not overpower the track near as easy.... Start thinking of ways to make the car hook harder, the track will hold it a lot better.
