What it comes down to, is they don't want anyone driving anything that's not new, brand stinking new. These people are so far out of touch it's rediculous. Smog checks every 2 years are a pain in the a** as it is. I hope it goes down in flames.

I Oppose bill 'A.B. 3053 . Please do the right thing and have it abolished. It is a very bad move, that affects many......many more situations than any thing good for the environment, or a very small amount of revenue for this State. There are much better way's for this State to acquire State funds. i.e The State lottery tax acquisitions.........a small amount add's up fast.
