Ah, you guys are soft. My a/c went out in my daily 2 years ago, and I never had it in my Jeep truck, but I still got through the hot summers here ok. One thing that helped was that I drove to work early in the am before it got hot, and drove home that evening when it was already cooling off for the day.

The shop is getting pretty warm though. That is why we tend to go in the evening and stay till maybe 5 or so in the morning.

My wife drives a Miata and the A/C went out on it 5 years ago. I have offered for years to get it fixed but she's too cheap and enjoys the wind in her hair.
Plus even when it did have A/C, it didn't do much good after it had been sitting in the sun all day!
