I use to be a casual closet NASCAR fan. I would catch enough races to know who was who, & had enough interest to watch a race every now & than. I have been a Drag racing fan for years & have followed NHRA Pro Stock closely since the mid 80s.
A couple years ago NASCAR changed there points program, to basically even things up at the end of the season. I know why they did it, but I dont like it, that was the nail in the coffen for me with NASCAR.\

last year NHRA decided to try the same thing, for the same reasons, Im not surprised, but very disappointed. I didnt renew my NHRA membership for the first time in almost 20 years.
Just curious...am I alone on this ? Its OK Ill watch Jerry Haas in IHRA ProStock now.
