I haven't bought a lot of Harbor Freight tools, but some that I have are decent. You can usually spot the poor quality stuff. Just like a lot of the stuff they sell at the big car events. Just got to know what you're looking for and understand that the quality may not be as high as you would like. I have a Harbor Freight store about 12 miles up the road, so I get to go up once in a while and look around and actually touch things. That is as long as my wife is not with me, cause she thinks I spend way to much time looking.
